Os Tribunais Rabínicos fazem parte do judiciário israelense e lidam principalmente com questões relacionadas a divórcio, propriedade, direito de visitação de filhos, testamentos e heranças, aprovação do status judaico e conversão. Existem 12 tribunais rabínicos regionais em todo o país, com o Grande Tribunal, em Jerusalém, atuando como tribunal de apelação. O Presidente do Grande Tribunal Rabínico lidera o sistema de tribunais rabínicos e atua como rabino-chefe de Israel.
